Buying our products is very easy and safe. You can order through our online shop or alternatively by phone, email or write to us via social networks (facebook, instagram or whatsapp) alternatively.

To cancel an order, you must send an email to info @ woodywallet with the reference of your order and the cause of the cancellation. For customized products it is not possible to cancel the order

It is possible to create an account at checkout. In the profile dashboard you will be able to see all your data and orders.

The return of the product is the responsibility of the customer. The product must be packed in the same box as the shipment and forwarded to the following address: Woodillon - via fonte carrà 5 - 63844, Grottazzolina. Once arrived, the package will be examined and if there are no signs of wear or damage within 4 working days a refund will be issued in the same way as the purchase.

The guarantee is not provided for our products. If the product is delivered damaged, you can request the return of the product or a refund.

Customization can be done via the product sheet or via email or social media. In major cases, customization involves an additional cost and a few more days of processing.

The shipment is made by courier within 1 working day for standard products while for customized products they require a few more days for processing. On average in Italy the delivery is scheduled in 24/48 h, in Europe in 48/72 h while for the rest of the world the times range from 10/15 days.
